Your paper gets one first impression. Get an editor's perspective before you submit.

With five years of experience as an Associate Editor at Science Immunology, I help researchers sharpen their manuscripts, strengthen their story and clearly communicate their findings.

During my five years at Science Immunology, I assessed manuscripts from researchers around the world and gained first-hand insight into how editors evaluate scientific work, what makes a story compelling, what strengthens a manuscript, and what can hold an otherwise excellent paper back.

I wrote concise summaries of every research paper I handled, distilling complex findings into clear, accessible narratives for the journal’s readership. I edited manuscripts to improve their flow, readability, and accessibility. This experience taught me how to identify the heart of a scientific story and communicate it accurately and compellingly without losing the science.

I also worked closely with the journal’s press team to communicate scientific findings to non-specialist audiences, translating complex research into clear and engaging stories.

Whether you’re still shaping your manuscript, preparing it for submission, responding to reviewer comments, or navigating a revision, I can help at every stage of the publication process. I bring an editor’s perspective to help you sharpen your story, strengthen your manuscript, and communicate your research.
